TOUR TIMES

The tour lasts for approximately 1 hour 30 minutes. Visitors should expect to be walking for approx. 1 hour.

Whilst we hope you enjoy your experience with us, please be mindful that we are a working factory and as such we MUST abide by some very important rules. We would therefore ask if you are currently suffering from vomiting, diarrhoea (or both) that you postpone your visit until such symptoms have cleared. All visitors are most welcome providing all symptoms have stopped and have also returned to normal for 48 hours afterwards.

No, to ensure the best experience for all visitors we only operate tours when the factory is in production.

Tayto Castle is a unique site which incorporates a fully operational factory. For safety reasons it may not be suitable for people with restricted mobility or the use of some medical devices. To discuss your visit please contact a member of our tours team at [email protected]

We ask that visitors wear appropriate clothing to include full coverage of arms and legs, as well as suitable footwear (no high heals or open toes). In addition all visitors will be required to wear protective clothing.

You are welcome to take photos within the castle grounds, however the use of photography is prohibited on the factory floor. You will be asked to remove all items during your safety briefing.

You will have the opportunity to sample our famous crisps and snacks as you tour the factory. Please note, outside food/drink cannot be consumed on the factory floor.

We use a range of different ingredients in our products, these include allergens such as gluten, milk, soya, mustard & celery. Please contact a member of our tours team at [email protected] to discuss your visit.
